Third plays
fourth in the game of the day in the Readers
Lincolnshire ECB Premier League.
Having lost to leaders Woodhall Spa last weekend, which
resulted in a drop to fourth place, Bracebridge Heath now take on Market
Deeping, who are third, five points ahead of their hosts.
Bracebridge’s Matt Carter has 33 wickets to his name while
team mate Matt Bradley has 28 but the home side have recently found runs hard
to come by.
Woodhall travel to Haxey who are still 19 ahead of bottom
place Hartsholme but are now 12 adrift of 10th placed Bourne. Louth are the visitors to Abbey Lawn and will
be looking to improve on their sixth place in the table.
Hartsholme have an away game against Skegness whose mixed
fortunes in recent weeks have seen them drop to fifth, 12 behind Bracebridge
but only two above Louth.
So tight is the middle of the table that just 19 points
separate fourth and eighth places, the latter held by Lindum who travel to Grimsby , only
three points separating the two.
Spalding is the destination for second placed Sleaford and
with Tim McIntosh now topping 500 runs for the season for Sleaford and his team
mate Tom Shorthouse and Spalding’s Warren Nel sharing second place in the list
with 434 each, the Grammar School pitch could host a high scoring game.
