FIVE RUN-OUTS SO COSTLY FOR CAISTOR COUGARS

Appleby-Frodingham won a thrilling North Lindsey Cricket League Division One Knockout Cup semi-final against Caistor Cougars at Brumby Hall.
The Cougars slumped from 188 for two to 215 all-out when chasing Frod's impressive target of 219 for six in a game played for three league points as well as a final berth.
Tony Manning hit 76, Kieran Watson 53 and Jack Dixon 43 for the Steelmen.
