MONDAY NIGHT PREVIEW - GRIMSBY TOWN KNOCKOUT - JUNE 24

BY ANN BOULTON

Hosts and trophy holders Grimsby Town feature in the final first round match of the 2013 Grimsby Town Knock Out.
Grimsby face Caistor for a place in the semi-finals but could be hampered by the absence of key players on Minor Counties duty.
Currently riding high in the top of the ECB Premier League. Jim Morgan’s side are looking to make it a hat trick of Knock Outs, having waited 75 years to win the competition then triumphing two years in a row.
The match could see a first outing for Australian bowler Joel Hamilton who may prove a handful for the Caistor batsmen.  But with opener Harry Boulton currently lying second in the Lincs League Premier Division runs with more than 350 to his name and Paul Dimbleby taking over 20 wickets so far this season, Caistor will be up for the challenge.

The match begins at 6.15pm and the winner will join Louth, Cleethorpes and Lincolnshire Cavaliers in the semi-finals.
