We spotted this sign outside the Woolpack Inn, Brigg Market Place, where live entertainment is a regular feature. Many of us know Dave Simpson, the former Broughton cricketer and now an umpire on the Scunthorpe and District panel. We are almost certain Dave has NOT developed a musical sideline. But if he has, Bryan and Neil - also well-known members of this Broughton cricketing clan - might well be favourites to make up the Trio.

SIDELINE OR NOT?
We spotted this sign outside the Woolpack Inn, Brigg Market Place, where live entertainment is a regular feature. Many of us know Dave Simpson, the former Broughton cricketer and now an umpire on the Scunthorpe and District panel. We are almost certain Dave has NOT developed a musical sideline.
