Wednesday (July 14) sees the mid-season meeting of the Lincolnshire County Cricket League at Rase Park, Market Rasen, 7.30pm. This is an important meeting which all clubs need to attend.
The main issue will be to consider the special Working Party report into inputting scorecards and other information online through Play Cricket, rather than use scoresheets, and to switch from paper registration forms to computerised system.
This is a suggestion and no decision has been made. However, a show of hands at a previous meeting showed considerable support for the idea being examined in detail.
Copies of the Working Party report were forwarded to clubs well ahead of the meeting to give them time to consider the issue.
