The North Lindsey Cricket League's mid-season meeting will be held at the Brumby Hall Pavilion, Appleby-Frodingham, Scunthorpe, on TUESDAY JULY 20TH, commencing at 7.30 pm. All clubs are reminded that they shold return any cups they might have won last season, namely CLEETHORPES 5THS who won both the Div One league and KO Cup, BARTON TOWN 3RDS (Div 2 Champs) GRIMSBY TOWN 3RDS/WHEATLEY & LEVERTON (joint Champs Div 3), BRIGG TOWN 3RDS (Div KO Cup) and EVERTON 3RDS (Div 3 KO Cup).

Since then he has umpired as a member of the Scunthorpe panel. He is results secretary of the Lincolnshire County Cricket League, chairman of the Broughton Evening League and supplies cricket content for the Scunthorpe Telegraph, the Grimsby Telegraph and the Lincolnshire Echo.
