SOUTH LINCOLNSHIRE & BORDER LEAGUE

Lindum Ramblers retained their place at the top of the South Lincolnshire & Border League Premier Division, picking up 19 points against Woodhall Spa 2nd while Grantham made it a 20 point win over Moulton Harrox.
And Boston moved into third, taking over from opponents Bourne 2nd, 18 points behind the leaders but only seven adrift of Grantham.
Centuries were scored in the Boston and Lindum games, Simon Bray excelling for Ramblers with 106 and five wickets, including a hat trick, while Saihan Azim was unbeaten on 101 for Boston.
Grantham hit the highest score in the division with 247 for five, Stuart Mudie making 55 and Mark Fell 60.
With Spalding 2nd without a game, Market Deeping 2nd moved back to the top of Division One, despite losing heavily to Long Sutton 2nd.  Deeping are now one point up on Spalding with Billingborough 2nd only two behind after their nine wicket victory over Grantham 2nd.
Paul Deans was the pick of the bowling in this division with six for 10 for Boston 2nd in the tightest game of the day which saw Heckington once again lose by just one wicket.
Freiston’s 10 wicket win over Claypole gives them a commanding lead at the top of Division Two, their closest challengers being Lindum 3rd who are 19 points adrift but with a game in hand.
Adam Lilley made the day’s top score of 154 while lower down the order Eddie Smith hit 53 as Lindum racked up 304 runs for the loss of six wickets before bowling Boston 3rd out for 65. 
Richard Gilbert recorded the division’s best bowling figures with six for 25 to help Spalding 3rd to victory over Burgh & District.
