Appleby-Frodingham Cricket Club chairman Mike Campion has been in touch, asking us to make public his congratulations to Ashby Road neighbours Scunthorpe Town on winning the Lincolnshire County Cricket League premier division championship. Mike says they have progressed well as a club, on and off the field, and deserve to have attained ECB premier status.
