OUTCASTS WIN SNAITH CRICKET TROPHY

Outcasts lifted the Snaith Cricket League Shield on July 21st in the rearranged Cup Final played at Pollington, defeating their league Division One rivals Goole Town by seven wickets, WRITES GLEN SANDS.
Goole batted first making 123 for 5 with Oscar Sugden hitting 31 , Ashton Nottingham 25 and Louis Sugden 24 not out only for the Isle side to reply by reaching 124 for 3 in the eighteenth over , Deol Singh making 35 , skipper Anthony Fitzgerald 32 not out and Andy Torr 19 not out , the latter pair putting together an unbeaten fourth wicket stand of 58 to clinch their victory.
