TOTAL WASHOUT IN LINDSEY

Not a ball was bowled in anger yesterday in the North Lindsey League as all 10 scheduled games across the three divisions fell foul of the wet weather.
Games at Brumby Hall, Messingham and Heslam Park were called off in division one, as were the games at Alkborough, Broughton, Hirst Priory and Wheatley in division two, while the third division matches were all cancelled in the Gainsborough area, namely at Everton, Misterton and Upton.
Let's hope the weather Sunday, June 13 is kinder to the teams, with the following games scheduled...

Note: The scheduled Messingham 3rds v Marshalls Sports game, cancelled due to the KO Cup rearrangement, will now take place on either Sunday, August 8 if both teams are out of the Cup, or as a double-header on Sunday, August 15.
