Are clubs whose players are already registered for the ECB League just clicking on the Lincs League link on their registration? They don't need to fill in a new form as when they click the link it will come through for you for approval anyway. That way, they don't get two registration numbers and you don't have to match them up.
Also, if someone is registered for one club and transfers to another in the league, there is a transfer facility so again, the new club doesn't need to key in details again.
