A slow bowling fixture with Barton Town for many years, Dean Cressey has now started work as facilities manager at Cleethorpes CC, Chicester Road, where we spied him behind the bar earlier this week while visiting for the Grimsby League pre-season meeting. Clearly practising at the Marsh Lane clubhouse has paid dividends for this fully paid up member of the Slow Bowlers' Union.
We wish him well in his new seaside berth!
