Haxey Cricket Club secretary Steve King has been known to turn up to watch matches - or even attend Lincs League meetings - on his large motorcycle.
So would it be fair to make comparisons with the other S. King - one half of TV's very popular celebrity chef pairing The Hairy Bikers, who ride round the world on two wheels, cooking up local delicacies?
Steve was a reliable opening batsman in his day, but we've never seen him involved with tea preparation on match days at Haxey.
