CHARITY MATCH UPDATE

The Lincs Cricket Latest squad is still being compiled for this coming Sunday's annual northern Lincolnshire veterans' charity match at Keelby CC (2pm start).
We've previous posted the "opposition" squad named by Ian Fletcher (Outcasts).
Here are OUR "definitely confirmed" - so far.
NIGEL FISHER (ex-Brigg Town and Brocklesby Park)
ANDY SHARP (Keelby)
STEVE SKIPWORTH (Keelby)
PETE BRIGGS (Keelby)
MIKE SAVAGE (Old Lincolnians)
KEITH DENT (ex-Police)
JIMMY SNEE (Gainsborough)

BOB LEAFE (Cleethorpes) could be added. We hope he'll be able to make it in the end.

Invitations have gone out to some more players, while there are others we've yet to ring.

Spectators will be very welcome on Sunday. Fundraising will be undertaken, with diabetes research/support this year's chosen worthy cause.

IF YOU ARE A VETERAN NOT NAMED ABOVE WHO'D LIKE A GAME, PLEASE EMAIL scoopfisher@aol.com OR LEAVE A MESSAGE ON THE MACHINE AT 01652 655134.
We like to get more than 11 in each squad, as we know that our "vintage" means players may have to drop out at short notice. Especially if they've had a testing game the previous day (this Saturday).
