Zak Metcalfe who received the Callum Glendinning Award |
Marshalls celebrated their successes of 2013 with an evening at
Sufian - 30 Club members showing their full support for a fantastic and very
successful evening.
The main cause for celebration was how far the club has came in under
12 months, attracting new volunteers and some fantastic young cricketers to give a bright future in the coming years as they continue to grow and learn the
game.
Thanks on the night went to Martyn Snell for arranging the event and to Stuart
Whitlam who gave a superb speech and handed awards to the trophy winners.
Thanks
also go to the Lincolnshire Otter which contributed a Meal Voucher for the main
raffle prize.
Marshalls are now begin a full winter programme of preparations for
2014 with net sessions running throughout winter - about which information can be
found on www.marshallscc.play-cricket.com.
