There's been a slight change to the player registration process on the ECB's Play Cricket system, which we think applies across the country to all league sites.
The player's email address is now a mandatory field for all new registrations. If you don't fill in this field, the application cannot proceed.
For those players without email access, club website administrators should just put an asterisk (star symbol *) in the box provided.
As the season is nearly over, the Lincs League is only getting a few registrations a week now, but those clubs still registering players are encountering this small alteration.
